This personal project was created by sequencing scanned pages from the 2024 Southern California Tidelog from Pacific Publishers. I was curious to see what would happen if I lined them up and sure enough going from day to day it creates and beautiful wave-like movement. I also added in a few local creatures as the time passes using some wildlife stock footage.
